Job Description

Responsibilities:
Perform physical labor on construction sites. Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Load and unload construction materials and equipment. Clear debris and maintain a safe, organized work area. Assist tradespeople with blind and shade installations. Operate small tools and equipment such as drills, hammers, and pallet jacks. Follow instructions, safety procedures, and project plans. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license required. Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry required. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently. Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking. Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment. Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience assisting with installations or construction finishing work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
