Excavation Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Excavation Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting excavation and site preparation activities essential for successful construction projects. Your hands-on approach, mechanical aptitude, and safety awareness will help ensure efficient operations on busy construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and develop valuable skills in the construction industry. Duties Assist with excavation tasks using equipment such as excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, graders, and water trucks to prepare sites for construction projects Operate heavy machinery including excavators, dump trucks, dozer, loader, and water trucks safely and efficiently under supervision Support the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials, debris, and equipment as directed Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Collaborate with team members to execute daily task. Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and site conditions Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or with heavy equipment operation is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to operating excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks is advantageous Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus for operating certain vehicles such as dump trucks or tanker trucks Hands-on experience is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail Join us in building the future!
