$17-22/hour depending upon experience.

Job Summary:

We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers to assist with spring cleanup on residential and commercial job sites. This role focuses on clearing debris left from winter, preparing sites for new construction, and supporting crews as projects ramp up for the busy season. Candidates should be motivated, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

Remove debris, trash, and leftover materials from job sites Clean and prepare construction areas for new projects Assist with light demolition and site clearing Load and unload materials and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools (shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.) Support skilled trades workers as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in varying spring weather conditions (mud, rain, uneven terrain, occasional snow, etc.) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and punctuality Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but not required

Work Conditions:

Outdoor work in changing weather conditions Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
