Growth opportunities On-the-job training and everyday learning Working as a team Gendron & Gendron is currently looking to hire Construction Laborers/ Pipe Layers for the 2026 construction season and beyond. Construction Laborers/ Pipe Layers will be required to perform multiple tasks which include, but are not limited to: shoveling, raking, lifting/moving heavy objects, understanding and following company/OSHA safety requirements, working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, taking direction from supervisors and continuing to learn the many different tasks that are required on a day- to-day basis. There is no prior experience needed for this position, we are willing to train the right applicant that is willing to learn. The Construction Laborer/ Pipe Layer position is a full-time position which will require working in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold etc.) This is an hourly paid position which offers competitive pay based on an average 50-hour work week.
