Job Description

Overview Wireless Construction, Inc. is looking for a dependable Civil Earthwork Laborer who is ready to work outdoors, support the crew, and help get the job done right on telecommunications infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable with physical work, eager to learn, and willing to assist with excavation, grading, material handling, and general site work as needed. The right candidate is safety-minded, dependable, comfortable working in all kinds of weather, and willing to travel Monday through Friday frequently. Primary Responsibilities Perform hands-on labor to support civil earthwork and wireless site construction activities. Assist with excavation, grading, gravel work, foundations, conduit placement, and other day-to-day site tasks. Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at the jobsite. Work alongside equipment operators and crew members to keep the project moving efficiently. Follow direction from supervisors and crew leaders while completing assigned work safely and accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work area and help identify hazards or unsafe conditions. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Help inspect and prepare the site before, during, and after construction activities. Support the team with other general labor duties as needed to complete the work.
Required Skills:
Experience in construction, civil earthwork, utility, site, or wireless work is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work on your feet for extended periods. Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work effectively as part of a team. Basic understanding of jobsite safety requirements and safe tool or equipment use. Willingness to work outdoors in changing conditions and travel as needed to support the job. Valid driver's license with good record; must pass background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in civil construction, utility work, site work, or telecommunications construction, along with equipment experience and OSHA or other relevant safety certifications, are a plus.

Full-time + Overtime as needed
Pay:
Starting at $20/hour, adjusted based on experience Travel Monday through Friday is often required; meals and incidentals stipend provided when applicable.
