Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as rebar installation, framing, drywall, and trim carpentry Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks including concrete mixing, finishing, and form setting Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution Participate in concrete pouring, stucco application, roofing prep, and masonry work as directed Use heavy equipment operation skills for tasks like concrete pumping or site excavation under supervision Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Requirements Prior construction site experience or relevant training preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key! Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous for supporting project planning Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the day Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plastering, tile laying, and metal stud framing is a plus Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate work execution Valid driver's license for commercial driving or heavy equipment operation is desirable but not required Embark on a rewarding journey in construction where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to build something lasting.
