EXPERIENCED - Vinyl / Tint Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Vinyl / Tint Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing vehicle wraps, commercial graphics, window perf, signage vinyl, residential window film, and commercial tint applications with precision and attention to detail. This position is ideal for an experienced installer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of surfaces and projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing branding, privacy, aesthetics, and functionality for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps, decals, stripes, lettering, and vinyl graphics Install window perf, storefront graphics, wall graphics, and signage vinyl Apply residential and commercial window tint / solar film / privacy film Install vehicle window tint and specialty automotive films Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or priming to ensure proper adhesion Measure, cut, weed, laminate, and install vinyl materials accurately Use hand tools, heat guns, squeegees and specialized installation equipment Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations Perform site prep, ladder work, and on-location installs for homes and businesses Qualifications Proven experience in vinyl installation, tint installation, wraps, signage, or graphics Experience with window perf, storefront graphics, wall wraps, and flat surface installs Experience with residential and commercial window tinting / privacy films Strong knowledge of installation tools, materials, and application techniques Ability to work on vehicles, windows, walls, glass, and other surfaces Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, bubble-free finishes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Experience with plotting, printing, trimming, or lamination is a plus Preferred Experience Vehicle wraps and automotive tint Commercial window perf and storefront graphics Residential solar/privacy films Sign and graphics shop experience Experience with Avery Dennison , 3M, or similar materials

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
