Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our construction projects, assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations on-site. Your hands-on approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while working alongside experienced professionals committed to excellence. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing our commitment to fair compensation for your hard work. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including moving materials and tools using hand tools and power tools Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and roofers in their daily tasks Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely under supervision when required Perform demolition, concrete finishing, masonry work, framing, drywall installation, and other building tasks Assist with installation of doors, windows, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, stucco, roofing, and other finishing touches Support in restoration projects by handling demolition debris removal or surface preparation Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, caulking guns and power tools efficiently and safely Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; training provided for motivated person. Knowledge of construction estimating processes enhances your ability to support project planning Experience with construction inspection ensures quality control standards are met.
