General Construction Laborer

We are looking to add to our crew! Starting pay is at $17, more for the right candidate. We offer paid time off, and soon will be adding benefits. You must have reliable transportation to get to the shop located in Sparta. You MUST be able to pass a state background check. We work with the state for weatherization/air sealing jobs. This includes Adding insulation (attic, walls, crawlspaces) Sealing ducts Installing storm windows or energy-efficient windows Improving ventilation to maintain indoor air quality No training necessary, we will train the right person. We need someone who wants to show up to work daily. Hours are generally from 7am-5:30, 4 days a week. ((Monday-Thurday, Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday!))Overtime is permitted if authorized.
