General Laborer

LIUNA Local 1329, a labor union, is seeking applications from interested individuals for various construction positions, ranging from general laborers to specialized roles such as concrete workers, underground utilities, CDL drivers, and more. Successful candidates will work in locations throughout the Upper Peninsula, and the work schedule may range from 8-12 hours per day. Although prior experience in the construction industry is preferred, it is not mandatory, as LIUNA operates state-of-the-art training centers where all members learn or refresh their skills. Candidates who are new to the construction industry may be eligible to join as apprentices, earning wages while they learn the trade. However, those with previous work experience in construction may be considered for journeyman or journeywoman positions. To apply, candidates must have a current driver's license and transportation.
