The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with underground installation work and be comfortable working as part of a fast-paced excavation crew on commercial and municipal projects. Responsibilities Perform grading and trench work to proper elevations and specifications Assist with excavation, backfill, and site prep Work safely around heavy equipment and active job sites Follow job plans, grades, and direction from foreman/superintendent Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Experience installing manholes, catch basins, and storm/sanitary pipe Strong understanding of grading and elevations Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred Qualifications Experience working with asphalt or paving crews Equipment experience (excavator, skid steer, loader) a plus
