Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Position Overview We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our team at a landfill facility in Maple City, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable performing a variety of physical labor tasks throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and be willing to assist with various site operations as needed. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties around the landfill site. Lift, move, and transport materials as directed. Load and unload vehicles and equipment. Assist with digging, filling, and site maintenance projects. Operate basic equipment and tools as needed. Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and debris cleanup. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by site management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or outdoor work environments is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing. Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record. Ability to follow directions and work safely in a team environment. #ZR #IND1
