• Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and setting up job sites for construction activities.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support excavation, concrete work, framing, roofing, and other tasks. Perform demolition, cleanup, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Assist with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and other specialized tasks as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately to ensure a secure job site. Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate execution of tasks. Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and quality control standards. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and protocols.
