Skilled Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties Perform a variety of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Experience Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
