In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting a construction project with door installation, hardware, installation and polished finishing touches. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute to the successful completion of diverse building initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful projects that shape communities. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including clearing debris, digging trenches, and preparing surfaces for construction activities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as framing, concrete finishing, and demolition Support rebar installation, concrete pouring, and formwork assembly to ensure structural integrity Perform heavy lifting and material handling to move supplies, equipment, and materials around the job site Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and specifications Assist with masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and roofing tasks as needed Support renovation and restoration efforts by preparing surfaces, applying caulking, trim carpentry, or plastering Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and commercial driving is advantageous Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Experience with concrete pumping, metal stud framing, flooring installation, or welding is beneficial Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking Basic understanding of safety protocols on construction sites Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
