In this role, you will support our building maintenance team with a wide variety of tasks, contributing to the overall success of our projects, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

JOB DUTIES

Perform a wide range of physical labor tasks that would include lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials and equipment. Assist with Construction projects Assist in troubleshooting plumbing/mechanical issues Operate a variety of hand and power tolls, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently. Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with coworkers and leaders to accomplish tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Basic Hi Lo operation. Valid driver's license with clean record Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to take direction and work under minimal supervision. Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
