Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this role, you will be an essential part of the crew, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that construction sites operate smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of residential construction and renovation projects. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in various aspects of construction while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, siding, and other components using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy equipment and machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and other construction vehicles safely and effectively Prepare and clean work areas by removing debris, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or ladders for access Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, troweling, and sealing to achieve smooth surfaces Support masonry activities like bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and metal stud framing Conduct demolition or restoration work as needed during renovation projects while adhering to safety protocols Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow on-site Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred Knowledge of construction techniques including carpentry, masonry, plastering, roofing, and metal framing Ability to operate power tools such as drills, saws, mixers, and welding equipment safely Mechanical knowledge related to building systems or heavy machinery is a plus Capable of reading blueprints and schematics accurately to support project tasks Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking throughout the day Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment Strong teamwork attitude with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with crew members Join us in building excellence!
