Key Responsibilities

• Acquire daily tasks from Shop Foreman. Shop Foreman to prioritize as needed.
• Delivery/pickup of materials, equipment, and service parts, etc.
• Manufacturing of Crosslake products.
• Building maintenance as needed and directed by the Shop Foreman.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of shop & field tasks.
• Address and resolve any field-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Act as a conduit between installers, technicians and management, ensuring concerns, feedback, and suggestions are communicated and addressed.
• Utilize Service Titan software proficiently to monitor, manage, and report on field operations.
• Assist in identifying building maintenance needed.
• Enter material and equipment usage accurately.
• Extra set of hands for the field when they require assistance.
• Primary schedule is Monday-Thursday with Friday rotation. Talents and Skills Required
• Proficient with tablet software technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with construction and home service operations.
• Clean driving record required
