$18-$22/hour + Lots of Overtime Available We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our golf course landscaping team as General Laborers. This position assists with outdoor landscaping projects, site preparation, sod installation, and general labor duties on active golf course job sites. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and working as part of a team in a unique outdoor environment. Position Highlights $18-$22/hour based on experience Lots of overtime available Health insurance and 401K available PPE provided Client will provide entry-level housing for individuals not from the area 1-2 month project with potential opportunity to move to another job site if performance is strong Job Responsibilities Assist with golf course landscaping and site preparation Lay sod and assist with turf restoration Dig trenches and holes as needed Backfill trenches and prepare ground surfaces Assist with general outdoor labor and construction tasks Follow project layouts, grades, and elevations Maintain clean and organized jobsites Work safely around equipment and crew members Follow direction from supervisors and crew leaders Work Environment Outdoor work in various weather conditions Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Saturday work required as needed Qualifications Prior landscaping, construction, golf course maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well on a team Commitment to safety and professionalism Must be at least 18 years old This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on outdoor work experience while helping build and maintain beautiful golf course environments. #PDGOLF
