Laborer

Job Overview Seeking a dedicated and hardworking laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks supporting the drilling/restoration crews on installation of underground telecommunications. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; we value motivation and reliability above all else Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, positive attitude,and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, take direction from experienced workers Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including mud. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time. Valid Drivers license (CDL is a plus) DOT Medical card or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:

Assist with underground installation projects including but not limited to cleaning and clearing debris Perform hand digging with a shovel, trenching, pot holes, and back filling. Load & unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed Operate basic hand and power tools Follow direction Restore disturbed areas of the job site Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

• Additional compensation will be considered for the right candidate holding a valid CDL and/or prior experience in the industry.

$17.00
