Laborer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Some out of town work is required, but per diem to offset these is provided. Duties Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Participate in training sessions and follow all safety guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
