Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Construction laborers with experience in both custom home building and commercial metal building construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial construction, with the ability to read blueprints, operate tools and equipment, and work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. This job does require some travel. The scope of travel will be anywhere within an hour of Clinton MO.- Experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on construction duties including but not limited to framing, siding, roofing, metal building assembly, and interior/exterior finishing
- Assist in the erection and installation of commercial metal building systems, including but not limited to steel framing, panels, insulation, and grim work.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
