Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial and residental renovations to new build sites, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their construction expertise and contribute to high-quality building projects. Duties Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate power tools and hand tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and caulking guns to perform various construction tasks Support rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping activities Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements and specifications Perform masonry work including stucco, tile laying, flooring installation, and metal stud framing as needed Support framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, plastering, and restoration tasks under supervision Use heavy equipment and commercial driving skills for material transport or site preparation when required Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in the use of basic hand tools, power tools. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines diligently Certifications such as OSHA safety training or specific trade licenses are a plus but not required initially Due to the nature of some of our clients, you must be able to pass a criminal background check to gain access to some of our job sites.
