This energetic role offers you the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge. As a Construction Laborer, you'll contribute to high-quality craftsmanship while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. We are committed to paying all team members fairly and providing a supportive atmosphere where your efforts truly matter. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support various construction tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project specifications accurately. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor, including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal. Support carpentry, roofing, masonry, stucco, tile laying, flooring installation, and other trades as needed. Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, caulking guns, and plastering tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to maintain a secure environment for all team members. Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is highly preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor. Valid driver's license. Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills such as metal stud framing, welding, concrete pumping, or restoration techniques.
