Copeland Construction is looking for a reliable, hard-working Construction Laborer to join our remodeling team. We specialize in residential renovations (kitchens, baths, additions) and need someone who is punctual and ready to work. Requirements (Must-Haves):
Reliable Transportation:
You must have your own dependable vehicle to get to various job sites.
Punctuality:
Our crews start on time; you must be able to arrive at the site consistently.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day. Experience working in the
Construction Trades Basic Tools:
Must have (or be willing to get) basic PPE and hand tools.
Responsibilities:
Demolition:
Safely tearing out old materials and debris.
Site Management:
Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe.
Material Handling:
Loading/unloading lumber, drywall, and fixtures.
Assisting Trades:
Helping our lead carpenters with framing, flooring, and trim work.
