Responsibilities include demolition, installation, and general labor tasks to support our skilled tradespeople. A Lead must be able to take charge of the job and guide the other laborers, have a great attitude, skilled in communication with co-workers as well as customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathroom and kitchen remodels, including demolition, installation, and finishing work Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate hand and power tools safely Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors Assist with loading and unloading materials Keep other laborers working steadily A good lead sets the tone for the environment for everyone else so it's important to be very positive.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or a similar trade Skilled in bathroom and kitchen remodeling preferred Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Ability to work as part of a team Valid driver's license a plus
