Construction Laborer

Job Summary Small locally owned an operated construction company. Business is picking up so we're looking to bring on another worker, position will be part time to start out 2-3 days a week. Majority of work is local with some jobs being upto 45-50 miles from excelsior springs Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a tidy work environment to promote safety Carry out basic tasks such as cleaning up job site, Operate simple machinery, power tools, an hand tools Skills Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery with proper training Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs Prior experience in construction or painting, flooring, drywall, decks or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided To apply Text or email 816-819-4742 Jordan@J3ConstructionServices.com
