Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, flooring, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools. Operate power tools and hand tools. Support on site work like framing, drywall, painting, form setting and more activities for interior and exterior finishing work. We ensure high-quality results. Read technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications. Perform demolition, renovation work, and restoration tasks while maintaining safety standards. Carry out heavy lifting periodically including Lifting materials such as tile , metal stud framing, concrete and more job site materials. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to proper safety protocols. Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, barricades, and safety signage; assist with roofing and trim carpentry tasks as needed. Support site cleanup activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of concrete mixing, finishing techniques, rebar installation, masonry, stucco application, and roofing is desirable. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, climbing ladders or scaffolds. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus.
