Hardworking Construction Crew Member Foundation Repair (Full-Time)

We specialize in structural repair, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting for residential and commercial properties. We stay busy year-round and are growing our crews with people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want to improve. What You Can Expect Full-time, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs 10-11 hrs, Fri ~4 hrs) Weekends off $20-$26/hr starting pay based on experience Raises based on performance and reliability Opportunity to grow into crew lead/foreman roles Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off (vacation + sick time)

You struggle with attendance or reliability You're not comfortable with physical labor You're just looking to "get by" You don't take feedback or direction well What You'll Be Doing Installing interior and exterior waterproofing systems Operating small equipment (skid loader, mini excavator, etc.) Manual excavation and jackhammer work Installing sump pumps and drainage systems Installing structural systems (wall anchors, braces, piers, etc.) Requirements Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs regularly Must have reliable transportation to Jefferson City, MO Must be dependable and show up consistently Construction experience preferred (concrete, carpentry, plumbing, etc.) OSHA 10 (or willing to complete within 2 weeks) Willingness to travel as needed (paid hotel + per diem) To Be Considered Please include the following on you resume(or a direct message): Your construction experience The hardest physical job you've had Why you're interested in this position

Pay:
