Vinyl Graphics Installer

Why Streamline? Streamline Print & Design is a family-owned graphics company in North Kansas City. We've been growing steadily since 2013, and we're looking for an installer who takes pride in craft-quality work. Here's what you'd be walking into: Diverse, interesting projects. Full vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, color changes, wall murals, event graphics, floor wraps, signs, and more. You won't be doing the same thing every day. Quality equipment and materials. We run Canon UVgel printers with in-house lamination and a Colex Sharpcut precision cutting system. You'll be installing well-printed, properly finished graphics. A team that respects the craft. We're a small crew (about 11 people) where everyone knows each other and works together. No drama, no politics. Just people who care about doing the work right. Growth with the company. We've more than doubled in size in recent years, and 2026 is shaping up to be a big year with major projects on the horizon. There's room to grow as we grow. Reasonable schedule. Some weekend work, tied to our event graphics installs. When it does happen, it's always paid as overtime. What You'd Be Doing Installing vinyl graphics to vehicles, walls, floors, windows, signs, and other surfaces. Clean, bubble-free, wrinkle-free work every time. Completing projects to exact specifications and detail. Our customers count on precision. Prepping vehicles and surfaces for installation. Working under customer-driven deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Keeping the production and installation areas clean and organized. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper job records.

What We're Looking For Required:

Driver's license with a clean driving record. Good manual dexterity and fine motor control. Sharp attention to detail. Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to work on an 8-foot ladder. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Professional, positive attitude. We keep a good culture here and we protect it. Excellent communication skills. Ability to pass a post-offer background check and physical. Preferred (not required): 2+ years of experience in sign or vehicle graphics installation. 5+ years of vehicle wrap experience. Experience with color change wraps. 3M, Avery, or other manufacturer installation certification (certified installers receive the highest pay rates). We're open to training the right person.
