Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced asphalt luteman/roller operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating skid steer loaders, rollers, and handling a lute/shovel and possess a strong understanding of asphalt applications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and precise completion of asphalt projects, contributing to our commitment to quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate skidsteer and hydraulic attachments, lute & shovel to perform tasks related to pavement prep, demolition & asphalt paving and maintenance. Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment while adhering to company safety protocols. Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on schedule and to high standards. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues promptly. Follow instructions and guidelines to meet project specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience, preferably in the asphalt or construction industry. Strong knowledge of skid steer operation and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset.
