Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed Must have your own truck and trailer Must have your own tools Must be able to read a tape measure Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Familiarity with construction inspection standards and safety procedures Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required Basic understanding of schematics for electrical or plumbing systems Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accuratelyJoin us in building high-quality structures while advancing your skills in a supportive environment!
