Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools. Support skilled tradespeople by handling tasks such as mixing concrete, installing drywall, or assisting with framing and roofing. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision. Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Participate in construction inspection activities to ensure quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to assist in executing project specifications. Support various trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing tasks like caulking and painting. Skills Proficiency with hand. Knowledge of specific trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming, stucco), roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, or glass installation is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working at heights safely.
