Position Overview:

We are growing and seeking a dependable and hardworking Plumbing Laborer to support our plumbing crews on residential and commercial job sites throughout the St. Louis area. This role focuses on demolition, excavation, material handling, cleanup, and general job site support. Employees in this position do not perform plumbing work. Laborers work alongside our licensed plumbing crews to help projects run safely and efficiently. We proudly employ union labor! This position requires that the candidate be a member of or join Laborers' Local 110 .

Responsibilities:

Assist plumbing crews with demolition and job site preparation Perform light excavation, digging, trenching, and backfilling Remove concrete, drywall, flooring, and other materials as needed Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites Load and unload trucks Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Assist with setup and cleanup before and after projects Follow company and job site safety procedures Support plumbing crews with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience working on construction job sites with a strong emphasis on safety Must be a member of, or willing to join, Laborers' Local 110 Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Construction, demolition, or excavation experience is helpful but not required Must have general knowledge of safe working practices and of MO‑OSHA requirements Familiarity with tools and equipment and the ability to use them effectively Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, in the rare event that such work is required. Must have a safe driving record and valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
