Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role supports carpenters and installers on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn, with the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site prep, and cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Support carpenters and installers with basic tasks as needed Operate basic hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Travel to various job sites as required Experience Construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation required Valid drivers license required Strong work ethic and dependability are a must Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We'll Teach (Nice to Learn) Basic carpentry support Use of tools and equipment Job site safety practices Intro to siding, framing, and exterior work Join our team and contribute your skills in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship meets opportunity!
