Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to ensure smooth workflow on-site Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by providing necessary tools and materials promptly Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and assembling structures under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or hazards immediately Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on-site Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment operation; prior experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork Embark on a rewarding career journey with us!
