This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills with a thriving remodeling/ construction crew while contributing to innovative final Duties Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring components are correctly fitted and secured Support the setup and of assembly lines, ensuring all equipment is prepared for job site. Conduct routine inspections of power tools to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage spaces and service zones Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of materials Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and effectively Requirements Proven experience working in a construction or remodeling environment is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge to understand power tool operation and basic troubleshooting Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tape measure safely and effectively Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to remodeling sites Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Laborer and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high quality service and satisfaction through teamwork, safety, and innovation.
