Responsibilities Be on time and prepared for the worksite each day, this includes transportation, materials and tools Follow directions and stay on task Complete jobs in a timely manner and report when all work is complete Keep worksite, tools and materials in a clean and orderly manner Qualifications General Knowledge of repairs, preventative maintenance and remodel of Mobile homes including skirting (metal and vinyl), metal roofing and roof repair, building/repairing porches, flooring, paint, light plumbing & electrical. Must have your own transportion, having a truck is a plus! Must have your own BASIC tools Be a team player that is motivated and always willing to learn We are looking forward to hearing from you.
