Construction Laborer

All positions are paid, ensuring your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support construction activities. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to follow project specifications accurately. Perform heavy lifting and material handling, including moving supplies and equipment around the site. Support masonry tasks such as tile laying, stucco application, and concrete pumping. Conduct demolition, renovation work, or restoration tasks as directed by supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials. Assist with framing, metal stud framing, carpentry, roofing, and trim carpentry tasks as needed. Support site safety protocols by inspecting the work area and reporting hazards promptly. Qualifications Prior construction site experience or related manual labor background preferred. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with construction estimating is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of concrete mixer operation, concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry techniques. Experience reading blueprints or schematics is highly desirable. Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities. Join us in building something great!
