We are looking for a dependable and hardworking general laborer with cabinet shop experience to join our team. This position involves assisting in the building, assembly, and finishing of custom cabinetry, as well as helping maintain an organized and efficient shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and assembling custom cabinets and components
• Operate basic woodworking tools and equipment (table saw, miter saw, sanders, etc.)
• Sand, prep, and help with finishing processes
• Load, unload, and move materials safely
• Keep shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Assist lead carpenters and installers as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous cabinet shop or woodworking experience required
• Basic knowledge of tools and measuring
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom cabinetry or trim carpentry
• Familiarity with shop equipment and safe operation
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
