Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures according to project specifications Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under supervision Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and tools promptly Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment; certification in OSHA safety standards is a plus Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute as part of a team Join us in building something great!
