Insulation Laborer

Career Concepts is recruiting hardworking Insulation Technicians to assist with installing fiberglass insulation on commercial projects in the Gallatin Valley and Big Sky area. This is a hands-on role with steady hours, overtime potential, and the opportunity to be hired permanently after the trial period.

What You'll Do:

Install fiberglass insulation on job sites Work with a small team and follow daily project plans Travel to various job locations (must have reliable transportation)

Requirements:

Strong work ethic & dependability Construction experience is a bonus Must be comfortable with physical labor and job site conditions 21+ preferred

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday, starting at 6 AM $23/hr ($25/hr for drivers with a clean driving record) + OT opportunities All PPE provided This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term, stable work with a path to permanent employment.
