Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Load and unload construction materials and tools, ensuring proper handling and storage Support carpenters, masons, operators, concrete finishers and other tradespeople by providing necessary supplies and assistance Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform site cleanup tasks regularly to keep the workspace organized and hazard-free Assist with setting up temporary structures such as barricades or signage as needed for safety compliance Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Valid driver's license preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary Join us in building something great and reaching your potential!
