Construction Worker/Handyman

Overview We are seeking a skilled Handyman/construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be capable of performing a variety of home repairs, remodeling tasks, painting, and drywall work. Duties Perform general home repairs. Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Execute remodeling projects. Conduct painting and drywall work required to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure all safety protocols are followed. during maintenance activities. Skills Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with residential painting and drywall techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
