Duties Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to support construction activities across the site Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, siding, or finishing work Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution of tasks Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry).
