Essential Functions and Duties:

Assist with general construction tasks on active job sites Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, roofers, concrete crews, etc.) Perform site prep, cleanup, and basic demolition Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Operate basic hand and power tools (experience preferred but not required)

Qualifications:
