  • Full-time PAVECO is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our paving crew.
We are looking for both general laborers and experienced equipment operators to help with asphalt paving projects in residential and commercial settings. Job Duties Laborers Assist paving crew with asphalt and site preparation Shovel, rake, and clean up job sites Operate small tools and equipment safely Help maintain equipment and keep trucks/tools organized Follow directions from foreman Work safely in outdoor conditions Equipment Operators Operate skid steers, rollers, pavers, loaders, and other heavy equipment Perform daily equipment inspections Assist with grading and asphalt placement Work closely with foreman and crew to maintain efficiency and quality Follow all safety procedures on job sites Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred Paving experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work long hours outdoors Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn CDL is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Consistent seasonal work Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available during peak season Apply Apply through Indeed or contact us directly at: (406)752-0051 office@pavecomt.com
