Duties Assist in the excavation, framing, and forming of pool structures using hand tools and power tools. Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and other mechanical features essential for pool operation. Apply finishing techniques such as concrete finishing, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and stucco application to achieve smooth surfaces. Skills Previous work experience in the pool industry is not required. Eager to learn and has an excellent work ethic Ability to travel for a few days at a time Ability to work with others and learn new skills Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality craftsmanship at every stage.
