Earthmoving Full Job Description Paver Operator/Laborer:

Responsibilities

• Ability to layout job to ensure production and quality Ability to run paver and manage crew Control and coordinate with dump trucks and asphalt plants Ability to assure quality and correct depths of asphalt Willingness to help crew-Loot/Shovel/Roll Onsite maintenance of paving equipment-Grease/fuel/check fluids/etc.

Ability to grade stone base to proposed elevations Ability to operate motorgrader/dozer/skidsteer Willingness to help grading crews with site prep Ability to read and understand blueprints/gradestakes Ability to abide by safety protocols/OSHA standards Applicants are required to:

• Have 2 years of experience in position to which they are applying
• Have a valid driver's license
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Willingness to work 40+ hours a week and some Saturdays After 90 days benefits include:
