Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable laborer/skilled laborer to be part of a growing company. A good work ethic & transportation is required. You must also be able to tolerate the heat & lift up to 80 lbs. Pay will be based off performance & knowledge. To get in on the ground floor of this company could lead to a great opportunity for anyone willing to grow with us. Landscape or hardscape experience required. Duties Assist in the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible. Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to problem-solving efforts on-site. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by disposing of waste materials properly and following safety guidelines. Skills Proficient in using various hand tools and power equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is preferred but not required. Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently when necessary.
